THE ROLE

Due to expansion McCarthy Recruitment are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our highly successful recruitment team in our head office based in Warrington.
You’ll be working directly with our Managing Director and Commercial Director so your impact on the business and innovations will be recognised instantly and you will have the full support of the senior leadership team in how you support the wider team and business as a whole.

You must be highly driven and focused on driving sales through relationship building. You will have a background in Recruitment, the ability to lead new business within a team and a keen interest in driving sales through marketing.
An expert at opening doors and building solid relationships, you will enjoy developing sales and ensuring that customers are happy with the service they receive.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

A successful career in recruitment
Experience of building relationships and sales from new business is essential
Experience of managing, coaching and developing team members
Knowledge of driving sales through various marketing campaigns
Proven negotiation, advisory and influencing skills
Tenacious approach with a positive mind-set and a self-starter with a can-do attitude with a clear focus on business profit
Contributes to the overall team success through delivery of personal targets & builds effective team relationships
Will enjoy converting resourced candidates in to placements and still get the satisfaction from delivering great placements for clients
Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to organise own work and prioritise effectively
First class verbal, listening and written communications skills
Must have worked to clear KPI’s and have evidence of this

KEY REPSONSBILITIES

Taking on the role of a Recruitment Consultant and delivering a sales target with a dedicated resourcer who will generate candidates for you
Direct line management responsibility providing coaching and development to achieve KPI’s and sales targets
Managing and engaging with your customers to drive sales value growth, adding & demonstrating value to our customers business
Driving a new business development strategy with the wider recruitment team
Driving a culture and leading by example with marketing great candidates out to new business leads and turning this in to a solid revenue stream
Reporting on all new business and marketing activities to the leadership team
Oversee and be heavily involved with the marketing team to deliver a marketing strategy for the business, to drive sales through marketing activities and social media
Take accountability for internal company recruitment and expansion plans to increase sales
