HOW WE HELPED ALDI

We have further developed our relationship with Sam to now cover most regions across the UK

We have worked extensively with Aldi across the UK over the last 8 years fulfilling significant volumes of Store Operations and Head office hires for the business.  We are currently working on some high volume key projects as follows:-

• Supporting across London where the business is doubling its volume of stores over a 3 year period and as their sole external supplier of management talent have provided over 70 Store and Assistant Managers in the last 12 months with plans for similar volumes in the next phase of their expansion plan
• Delivered recruitment training to the entire Area Manager population of over 250 heads in the last 12 months.  This is specifically aimed at the business making better quality hires and managing their staff turnover KPI where they are targeting a £1m annual saving on the costs of on-boarding and training new team members.  The project continues for all new Area Manager appointments across the UK
• Developed a new process for direct-hire temps for the business.  There was a requirement in London to employ 250+ temps within a matter of days when the Covid pandemic had a significant impact on sales volumes in stores.  We developed an efficient process and delivered 270 candidates for contract signings within 72 hours of the request for help which enabled the business to continue trading its stores effectively

In addition to these volume projects, we are supporting the business across the UK on key challenging vacancies and especially where new store openings are planned through 2021 to ensure the business has the required volume of talent in the right areas
