One thing that is clear about McCarthy is how much pride is taken in the fact that they are distinctly different from other recruitment companies. Every company makes claims like this and seldom live up to them. McCarthy don't just live up to them, they raise the limits on their integrity and I trust my consultant with my future 100 percent. My consultant has been available morning, noon and night, which has really helped. I can't imagine speaking to other agencies at that time without getting an answering machine, let alone a very talented consultant. Professionally, the team have not stopped working for both the client and myself once an interview has been arranged, which let's face it is when most agencies cross their fingers. Staff have been polite and supportive through the whole experience.. If I am ever looking for a position again, or seeking to fill one, McCarthy would be my first point of call.
