At McCarthy we genuinely aren’t like other Recruitment Businesses; where your job has a heavy emphasis on cold calling and extreme levels of pressure. At McCarthy, our team deliver on established client accounts, which means you don’t have to do any cold calling, but instead simply work hard to fulfil our clients’ needs by finding them the very best talent in the marketplace.
In addition, we aren’t overly corporate or structured; instead, we encourage people to work in a fluid way, developing an approach that works best for them so that ultimately they can do a great job whilst staying true to themselves within their Career in Recruitment.
Unlike many of our competitors, almost all of our staff have previously worked within the Retail industry themselves so we genuinely feel that we can add real value to our clients as a recruitment partner, drawing on our extensive retail knowledge and experience in the sector to ensure that our customers are able to attract the best candidates for their businesses. We have also successfully appointed people into our business without a Retail background as we believe that we can teach anyone how to recruit; so long as they have the right attitude.
